Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
If the product is defective or not working properly, please contact INGCO customer support, within 7 days after the delivery. For a faster resolution, please contact us at here and provide sufficient and valid proof of purchase (photos or videos of items, order ID and sales invoice).
The image should clearly show the shipping label and defects on a flat surface. Once the issue is confirmed, INGCO will send buyer the replacement. Buyer need to return the defective item. INGCO will process warranty claims and communicate with buyer for a best resolution, such as partial refund, resend accessories or new products, etc., according to the defects.
Warranty Claims for Missing / Wrong Item
We strongly recommend you to inspect the package when signing for delivery. In such cases such as missing items, wrong items sent, or secondary packaging, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery with product information (order ID, sales invoice) and valid proof (for example: clear photo of the package, photo or video of item received, and package weight).
If a non-customer problem (such as missing parts, wrong parts, incomplete products caused by logistics reasons) is confirmed, we will resend accessories, new/returned items, or issue partial refunds, depending on the specific circumstances.
