1. Return Policy

INGCO is committed to making our customers satisfied through the whole process of every purchase. In order to get your rights fully protected and enjoy a satisfactory shopping experience, please read the details of this Return and Refund Policy below.

Please provide correct and detailed address information, otherwise it may lead to the package being returned when it's on the way to you, or we will reject your request. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.

Refund or Replacement

Please keep the product intact, with original accessories, user manual and warranty cards in the original packaging at the time of returning the product.

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a refund/replacement of the product will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to a brand service center to resolve any subsequent issues.

In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

In order to improve your shopping experience, INGCO warrants a hassle-free return and replacement after the delivery for some products, excluding gifts, regardless of the reason (for example, do not like the product or accidentally ordered the wrong item). Please refer to the details below:

For non-quality related warranty claims (such as personal reasons), undamaged products can be returned for a refund (The cost of the product itself will be refunded), within 7 days from the delivery. Unless the product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and the issue is due to INGCO, buyer is responsible for shipping costs, including the shipping label fee and any other fees incurred during the return process.

Items must include original packaging; Items are undamaged and available for secondary sale (No visible wear marks, unused and package unopened). Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

Please reach out to INGCO customer support through [email protected] to initiate a return. Please provide the order number and photos of the product. INGCO support will share the corresponding return address with you. (Note: Buyer is responsible for contacting carrier.)

  • Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

If the product is defective or not working properly, please contact INGCO customer support, within 7 days after the delivery. For a faster resolution, please contact us at [email protected] and provide sufficient and valid proof of purchase (photos or videos of items, order ID and sales invoice).

The image should clearly show the shipping label and defects on a flat surface. Once the issue is confirmed, INGCO will send buyer the replacement. Buyer doesn’t need to return the defective item. INGCO will process warranty claims and communicate with buyer for a best resolution, such as partial refund, resend accessories or new products, etc., according to the defects.

  • Warranty Claims for Missing / Wrong Item

We strongly recommend you to inspect the package when signing for delivery. In such cases such as missing items, wrong items sent, or secondary packaging, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery with product information (order ID, sales invoice) and valid proof (for example: clear photo of the package, photo or video of item received, and package weight).

If a non-customer problem (such as missing parts, wrong parts, incomplete products caused by logistics reasons) is confirmed, we will resend accessories, new/returned items, or issue partial refunds, depending on the specific circumstances.

1.2. Conditions

  • Correct Product

IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

  • Complete Product

All in-the-box accessories (like starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, accessories, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

  • Unused Product

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

  • Undamaged Product

The product (including accessories, charging port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

  • Undamaged Packaging

The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

We may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

2. Refund Policy 

If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our tools, you can request a refund.

The following are the circumstances under which a refund is granted:

A full refund will be granted in the following situations:

Unusable or damaged product received by buyer

Item not received within 7 working days after purchase

Please Note: Refunds will be credited to your account within 2-3 business days.

Note: Shipping Costs

Buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.

If the return is caused by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or wrong, which is due to seller, buyer does not need to bear the shipping cost for the return.

Buyers are not charged a restocking fee when returning.
