Cancellation of Unshipped Orders
If you want to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please contact us at here.
In order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation of Shipped Orders
If you cancel your order while the package has already shipped or is in transit to its destination, please contact us and then reject to accept the package, then it will be returned, as we cannot intercept the package when it is on the way to you.
We will give a refund after deducting the shipping cost. Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse within 2-3 business days.
